Who we are
This website and the HeroVend Comment Auto-DM app are run by HEROVEND PLT (202604000880), Block J-8-9, Solaris Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company. You can reach us at admin@herovend.com.
By using the website, or by commenting “dm” on one of our Facebook or Instagram posts, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
The website
herovend.com tells you about our vending machines and HeroCloud software. It is information, not a contract:
- Prices and specifications are shown in good faith and can change. A price on the website is not a binding offer.
- Earnings figures are examples. They are not a promise of what your machine will earn. Sales depend on location, products, pricing and how the machine is run.
- Buying a machine or subscribing to HeroCloud is covered by a separate written agreement between you and us. If that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.
We try to keep the site accurate, up to date and online, but we can't guarantee it always will be.
The Comment Auto-DM feature
On our Facebook Page (Vending.Herovend) and Instagram account (@vending.herovend), commenting “dm” on one of our posts or reels is a request for our contact details. When you do that, our app automatically:
- sends you one private message with HeroVend's contact details (a WhatsApp number and link), and
- replies “Check your DM” publicly under your comment.
A few things to know:
- It is free, and it creates no obligation to buy anything or to contact us.
- You will get one automated message per comment. We don't send automated follow-ups.
- The message may not arrive if your Facebook or Instagram settings block messages from businesses, or if Meta's systems are unavailable. If that happens, our contact details are also at the bottom of this page.
- The public reply is visible to anyone who can see your comment, because your comment is public too.
- We may change, pause or switch off the feature at any time.
What information the app receives and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy. How to have it removed is set out in our data deletion instructions.
Facebook and Instagram
Facebook and Instagram belong to Meta. When you use them, Meta's own terms and policies apply to you, and the Meta Platform Terms apply to our app. The feature is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Meta.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the website or the feature. That means no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to them, no spamming our comments to trigger messages, and no using them for anything unlawful.
Our content
The HeroVend and HeroCloud names and logos, and the text, photos and designs on this site, belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please ask before reusing our content for anything else.
Responsibility
The website and the Comment Auto-DM feature are provided as they are, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the website, from the site or the feature being unavailable, or from the actions of other services such as Meta or WhatsApp. Nothing here removes any rights you have under Malaysian law that can't be removed by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts will handle any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
